Cabarete is a night life center and renting a Cabarete holiday beach front condo could mean a lot of noise, depending where you find a condo. You can't just leave your kitesurfing gear unattended like you can do in my luxury Kitebeach beach front condo.

For kitesurfing kiteboarding, Cabarete is not ideal as is Kite Beach. Kitebeach has better and steadier wind.
